Returns & Exchanges

Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and signature packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit the 'Orders' section of your account or use the 'Check Order' link to select the items you wish to return and generate your pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Thom Browne packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective covers are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
